I had originally inquired online but the internet salesperson wasn’t working on the day I wanted to test drive the car. Walked into dealership and met Joe M, I was very pleased with our interaction. He is Avery pleasant, polite and respectful person. I did not buy this Jag as I wanted something with a warranty. I recommend that if you are looking at Palm Springs Motors ask for Joe M.
they were prompt, but I cannot get a vehicle now until after Christmas or between Christmas and New Years, when I will be in Palm Desert. So I really cannot rate, but it looked like a decent deal that will probably be gone by Christmas
I cannot confirm if issue fixed. It is an issue that happens on and off. At least they did find an issue and fixed it. Now I am waiting to make sure total issue fixed. I appreciate the service department efforts to find the issue.
